Jewelry Showroom for Sale !!
"It feels like Europe..." -Client-
Many people believe that my store mostly reflects an Italian architecture. However, designing the store interior, I was mostly influence by architecture in my hometown Arequipa, Peru. The old Spanish city was built with volcanic lava during 1540's, and still has a strong European influence.

One of the great assets of the store is the central location and the low rent. The store is located at the Gift Center and Jewelry Mart, at 888 Brannan St, San Francisco. The building has a great system of guards and surveillance cameras, and best of all, 24 hours access! The rent is 1400.00 including utilities, advertisement, surveillance and much more.

I am very proud of the store's distinctive look. People usually say "it's the most beautiful store in the building". Others note their admiration for each unique feature, such as the beautiful tile floor, fountain, wall sconces, unique display cases, hanging flowers and the sense of space in the store achieved through the use of mirrors. Sometimes people comment on the cinnamon essence that I keep in the store.

The possibilities are limitless...
My initial concept of a Spanish Piazza is that many vendors offer their products. In keeping with this concept, I invited different jewelry designers to show their work. You may seen works by Gwen Chung of Hawaii, Raquel Martinelli of Spain and Mynor Roque of Guatemala.
Also, I have invited many artists to display their paintings. These have included George Zabala of Argentina, Linda Garrett of California, Yang Haiying of China.

My Philosophy
"I believe jewelry is about more than objects. It is about appreciation for works of art that reflect impeccable craftsmanship and clever design, about the pleasure of making fine jewelry a part of every day life."
